Welcome to mj77 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the mj77 platform accessible at mj77.cam.

mj77 is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform providing sports betting markets, live casino games, instant games and related content. The Platform is designed for and marketed to adult users, including those located in Pakistan, who access the service in accordance with applicable law.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on mj77 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your account, whichever is greater.
3. You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute or regulation.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of the mj77 operator or its affiliated entities.
6. You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of this Agreement.
7. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of these terms or for fraudulent activity.

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You accept that providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions, exploiting promotions or avoiding account closures, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Registration requires you to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile phone number, date of birth and a chosen password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.

KYC verification may be required at any time and is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Valid national identity card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within three months)
• Source-of-funds documentation where requested by the operator's compliance team

Your use of the mj77 Platform is subject to the following general terms of use. These apply at all times and govern your interaction with every feature of the Platform.

5.1 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use your Account to place Wagers on behalf of third parties, manage funds belonging to others, or operate the Account as part of a syndicate or commercial betting enterprise without prior written consent from the operator.

5.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. mj77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

5.3 Accurate Information. All information provided to the Platform must be truthful and accurate. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. The Platform reserves the right to verify any information you provide and to suspend Account activity pending such verification.

5.4 Technical Access. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. mj77 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, connection failures or technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

5.5 Currency. The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its primary transaction currency. Any reference to monetary amounts in these terms, in promotions or in account communications shall be understood to be in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.1 Deposits. Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods made available in the Platform's cashier section. Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local payment options for informational context only. The availability of any specific payment method is determined by the operator's cashier configuration at any given time. mj77 does not represent or imply that any named payment provider endorses, affiliates with or supports gambling operations.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. mj77 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to fund the Account ("return-to-source policy") unless the operator's compliance team approves an alternative method. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Target processing times are displayed in the cashier section and are not guaranteed; actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees. mj77 does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees. However, payment providers or receiving banks may apply their own charges, which are outside the operator's control. Users are responsible for any such third-party charges.

6.5 Refused Deposits. The operator reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe the deposit originates from an unlawful source or where accepting it would cause the operator to breach applicable regulations.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time mj77 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes and tournament prizes. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds thresholds and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms. Users are encouraged to review these requirements carefully before opting into any promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The exploitation of bonuses through irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to low-risk or arbitrage wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk — constitutes bonus abuse. mj77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated Winnings and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

7.4 One Promotion Per User. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Duplicate accounts used to claim the same promotion multiple times will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. mj77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion at any time or to withdraw a promotion entirely with reasonable notice, provided that such modification shall not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and actively being played through at the time of the change.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All Wagers are subject to acceptance by the Platform. mj77 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of pricing errors, system malfunctions or irregular betting activity.

8.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a Wager is placed at an obviously erroneous price — for example, due to a technical error in odds calculation — mj77 reserves the right to void the Wager and return the staked amount to the User's real-money Balance.

8.3 Sport-Specific Rules. Individual betting markets for cricket (including PSL, ICC events and bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports are subject to sport-specific rules displayed within each market. These rules govern settlement, void conditions, postponement handling and partial result scenarios. Users are responsible for reviewing sport-specific rules before placing Wagers in those markets.

8.4 Casino and Instant Game Rules. Each casino game and instant game is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

8.5 Final Decisions. In all disputes relating to Wager settlement, the operator's decision — made in good faith and after review of all available evidence — shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described in the relevant section of the Platform's support documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mj77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's software, servers or security systems.
• Using automated scripts, bots, algorithms or any form of artificial intelligence to place Wagers or to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the Platform's software to gain an unintended advantage.
• Conducting charge-back fraud or reversing legitimate deposits after associated Winnings have been withdrawn.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff, agents or other users.

All content on the mj77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data compilations and odds presentations — is the intellectual property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse-engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from the operator.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mj77 and its officers, directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

11.2 mj77's total aggregate liability to any User under this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of the User's real-money deposits made in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mj77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

11.4 mj77 accepts no liability for losses arising from gambling decisions made by Users. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and Users engage with the Platform on that basis.

mj77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides Users with a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard, including: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

13.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance review.

13.2 Termination by Operator. mj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of this Agreement, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account would expose the Platform to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account: all Bonus Funds and associated Winnings are forfeited; pending Wagers may be settled at the operator's discretion; real-money Balance will be returned to the User subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance review. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11 and 14 — shall continue to apply after Account closure.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and holds its gambling licence. Users agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection provision in your local law requires otherwise.

mj77 does not represent that the Platform is operated in compliance with the laws of Pakistan, nor does it claim any authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the State Bank of Pakistan, the PTA or any provincial regulatory body. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal discretion.

mj77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The date at which the current version of these Terms & Conditions became effective is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any updates.
